Education has always been a great tool that leaders can use to alleviate poverty, reduce violence & improve economic growth. Maths-online has always been at the edge of bringing mathematical concepts across in a way that learners understand and significantly improve their retention.
We firmly believe that an interactive online learning facility where scholars can learn at their own pace greatly enhances the grade 8-12 learner performance. The more scholars we have on the Maths-online program the more scholars will gain interest in math and science, and be less involved with street violence.
Maths-online is therefore not focused on teaching via playing math movies to scholars. Nor is Maths-online focused on teaching & tutoring by superimposing our knowledge onto scholars.
We aim to help scholars not only exceed at the school level but (because we also train them to think) also thrive at the tertiary level. We are therefore really focussed on helping scholars understand maths to the point that they can successfully enrol at a tertiary education and make a meaningful contribution to the GDP of South Africa.
